Dispute Resolution

The decision of the mediator will be binding. Any mediator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Earthlings. The costs of any mediation will be shared equally between you and Earthlings.
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Earthlings agree that Earthlings at all times retains the right to bring action for injunctive relief and/or intellectual property infringement, this as Earthlings in its discretion may deem fit.
Severability
